Terms & Conditions — cd66 Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cd66 ("cd66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cd66.im and all associated services, features, content, games, betting markets and promotional programmes (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting activity on cd66, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cd66 platform and close your account.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, with Bangladesh-resident users having the right to seek resolution through appropriate local legal channels.

• You are at least 21 years of age. cd66 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered users without exception.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf, not an automated system, agent or third party.
• You have not previously had a cd66 account suspended, closed or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of cd66 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services.

cd66 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all registered users. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a birth certificate, or a driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in suspension of your account and any pending withdrawal requests.

To access the full functionality of the cd66 platform, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the cd66 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether through the use of different email addresses, different payment methods, different personal details or any other means — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. cd66 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cd66 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify cd66 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your cd66 account that is not shared with any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered for additional account security.
• Never allow another person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

cd66 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. International credit cards, bank wire transfers and cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported. cd66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. cd66 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. You must ensure that the mobile banking account used for deposit is registered in your own name and matches the verified identity on your cd66 account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the original deposit. cd66 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. cd66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Clause 5.
• In cases of suspected fraud or account irregularity, cd66 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• cd66 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Players are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under applicable local law.

cd66 offers a range of promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback incentives and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification and who meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion.
• All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will be forfeited automatically.

VIP loyalty programme rewards, cashback and tier-specific benefits operate under separate programme terms communicated to eligible participants at the time of enrolment or tier advancement. VIP programme participation is by invitation at cd66's sole discretion.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• cd66 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the odds were clearly set in error due to a technical or data feed failure.
• In cases of suspected match fixing, suspicious betting patterns or collusion, cd66 reserves the right to withhold settlement of affected bets pending investigation.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their bets are placed correctly before confirming. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where cd66 expressly permits cancellation within a defined timeframe.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cd66 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the cd66 platform or its content without the prior written consent of cd66.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi is owned by and licensed from those respective studios. Unauthorised reproduction or use of such content constitutes infringement of both cd66's and the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cd66's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cd66 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cd66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if cd66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cd66 shall not be held responsible for:

• Technical failures, service interruptions or platform downtime caused by circumstances beyond cd66's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or failures by third-party service providers.
• Losses incurred by a player as a result of the player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Errors or omissions in game content supplied by third-party game providers.
• Actions taken by payment providers that result in delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

cd66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cd66 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will become effective on the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of the cd66 platform after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

cd66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of this Agreement or for any other reason at cd66's reasonable discretion. Upon termination of your account:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided your account has passed all required KYC and verification checks.
• Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the cd66 support team. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 24 hours. For responsible gaming-related self-exclusion requests, closure is immediate and irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period.
